Plexus are currently working with a very early stage start up looking to hire a CTO. The company has successfully raised over 1m in seed funding and is now looking to build out their platform. The client are looking for the candidate to have ideally come from financial services and have a solid knowledge of front offices trading systems. While the role is not hands on it will involve architectural design as well as well as managing third party vendors.This role would could be a fit for anyone who has worked as a lead developer within a trading function but previous experience of managing teams is essential and ideally experience of managing third parties. The client would also be keen for the candidate to have experience within the following - Distributed Architecture/Systems, Integration, financial reporting, Blockchain/DLT (Desirable but not essential)
