Job Description

CTO & Co-founderJoin a stealth-mode fintech startup and build the next big thing in payments technology.We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to be the Technical CEO/CTO of a new fintech startup. You will be responsible for the overall technical vision and execution of the product, from ideation to launch and beyond. With a remitof taking overall responsibility for the business.What you will do:

  • Work with the main investor to develop and implement the technical strategy for the product
  • Build and lead a team of engineers and developers
  • Own the full application architecture, from infrastructure to security
  • Make critical decisions about the technical direction of the product
  • Work closely with the investor and other stakeholders to ensure that the product meets the needs of the customers
What you need:
  • Experience in a hands-on, technical leadership role, ideally in the fintech or payments industry
  • Strong technical skills in cloud computing, security, and software development
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for building and launching innovative products
  • Experience of working with offshore providers in India, or Indian language skills (Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati or Urdu) an advantage.
