Job Title - CSO Cloud AVP Engineer Location- Pune, IndiaRole DescriptionThe Cloud Transformation ad Migration Architect / Lead is responsible for leading the delivery of large and complex customer on-prem application migration into Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & overseeing the execution of CSO workloads to secure the GCP for thebroader CIO migration to GCP. Working with platform and solutions engineering teams and responsible for driving a large cloud transformation. Your key responsibilities

• Managing Cloud Transformation / Migration and adopting E2E cloud-based solutions including the resolution of project risks and issues
• Responsible for ensuring the cloud-based technology aligns to the Banks internal security controls and risk frameworks prior to production usage for critical workloads
• Work with respective lead/vendors to develop cloud migration solutions with defined business, technology, threat, client requirements
• Work collaboratively with customer InfoSec Heads, Privacy Leads, Risk Managers and Compliance Officers to ensure their requirements were met as part of transition to Google Cloud /AZURE Platform

• Coordinating deployment of security platforms and tools in alignment with the information and cyber security strategy to ensure clients obligations and regulatory requirements are met
• Coordinating external audit and regulatory requests related to security matters in the region
• Security & Risk Consultation for the Modernisation and Transformation Programme
• Perform security impact assessments of programme change requests and potential solutions
• Define and maintain common security architecture design patterns (playbooks, blueprints) and reference architectures models for relevant technology stack
• Providing reporting on key performance indicators, risks, and security control effectiveness
• Define and maintain cloud security architecture policies, recommendations and guidelines ensuring they reflect the current legal, regulatory and threat landscape
• Analyse Cloud Service Provider PaaS services and author secure pattern and configuration documentation for their use
• Analyze existing business processes, environments, and applications to identify areas of security risk and develop secure controls and solutions to address them
• Perform risk assessments across a broad range of new and existing cloud and cloud-hybrid systems in accordance with defined cloud security architecture strategy and policies
• Provide technical cloud security advice and requirements/design consulting to projects delivering new (and architecturally significant changes to existing ones) technology infrastructure or applications

Your skills and experience

• Security professional related certification - CISSP, CCSP, CCSK or equivalent
• Deep knowledge in Google, AZURE Cloud platform
• Experience in transforming traditional data center security measures into hybrid and cloud deployments in GCP, and/or Azure desirable
• Experience in building a security strategy for cloud adoption or driving the programs evolution to meet new requirements
• Experience in building security reference architectures for complex information systems based on industry frameworks and with traceable alignment to business requirements and goals
• Knowledge in Security, Network Architecture, Networks, and Infrastructure Security technologies.
• Experience in architecting, implementing, and documenting cloud security capabilities in areas of IAM, endpoint security, network security, data protection, vulnerability management and application security practices in GCP and/or Azure
• Understanding of tools and techniques used by attackers to enter corporate networks, including common IT system flaws and vulnerabilities
• Understanding of threat landscapes and threat modelling, security threat and vulnerability management, and security monitoring

Nice to have:

• Experience in security project/program delivery, certified in PMP or PRINCE2 or Agile
• Understanding of cybersecurity standards and frameworks e.g., ISO27001, NIST
