Job Description

CRO CONSULTANT£45,000 - 60,000LONDONWork with the worlds biggest brands on optimisation projects that can revolutionize the way customers utilise apps and websites.THE COMPANYA leading specialist agency within optimisation looking to grow even further this year. They have built their name on specialist knowledge and believe in giving their workers autonomy over their work.THE ROLEAs the senior CRO Consultant, you will be a specialist consultant across 3-4 key accounts. More specifically you will:

  • Build bold experiments which aim to maximise clients web traffic through conversion. Outline the strategies and tools used to maximise potential ROI.
  • Build strategies and roadmaps that outline weekly, monthly and yearly plans to stakeholders and clients, ensuring customer based decisions are being made.
  • Work with senior managers to assess resource and form business cases to acquire more tools, staff or space to maximise the teams success.
  • Be a strong leader to the team and a great communicator with stakeholders, being able to influence stakeholders to make bold decisions.
    • YOUR SKILLS
  • Have a good understanding of the tools used within CRO such as Google Analytics, HotJar, Optimizely and Optimize.
  • Had experience implementing and developing CRO strategies, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Has the ability to make bold decisions and inspire those around them to be creative and intuitive in their work.
