Job Description

A growth marketing consultancy are on the lookout for a seasoned CRM Specialist to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This role is remote, however you will be ideally based in the South East of the UK.The ideal CRM Specialist will be:

  • Working on strategic projects in terms of email transformation, customer acquisition and customer insight Experience
  • Working with multiple clients CRM particularly focussing on Klaviyo
  • Work closely with the copy and content team on email campaigns
  • Set up and strategy of email campaigns and CRM management
  • Customer segmentation and customer journey automation
  • Customer insight
    • The ideal CRM Specialist will have experience in:
  • Experience working either in core B2B CRM or pureplay, online retail businesses
  • Understanding of marketing and how CRM works closely with other marketing divisions
  • SME CRM platform experience, ideally with Klaviyo
  • Experience with customer insight and marketing functions
  • Strong understanding of customers journeys and sales funnel/lead generation management
    • The role is offering a salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum plus flexible working, a yearly budget for development plus bonus.
