CRM Solutions Manager Location: once a week at office in London (near to London Bridge) Salary: £60-80k base plus benefitsThe first thing to highlight is this isnt a technology/IT role, but it is one which works with technology to create the right solution for clients.Youll be joining a data consultancy, one which specialises in CRM to drive customer engagement and loyalty.Their speciality is mid-tier clients across a diverse range of industries including retail, charities and insurance.At the centre of most solutions is a proprietary data and CRM martech platform. One which helps businesses transform their customer data into a format they can use and gain commercial benefit from. This platform typically integrates with other third partysolutions to provide additional business intelligence, insight, visualisations capabilities too.Some solutions centre around just their proprietary platform. Others involve complexities like unpicking problems which exists and blockers in the way. Looking at how to raise the bar and improve what a companys able to do with their data through implementingadditional martech or analytical solutions to compliment.What youll be is the expert in the room for all things CRM. Working with different clients to understand their business, customer or data related challenges. Getting under the skin of existing pinch points and barriers so youre able to work through andcome up with an appropriate solution. Articulating proposals back to the client, outlining the features and benefits, and what additional business opportunities it may afford.Theres a real variety to the kinds of problems youll be looking to resolve. Sometimes theyll be as simple as providing recommendations on a reporting solution. But they can also be as big as looking to sort out a companys data estate to enable them tobring together a single customer view.Projects will vary in scale and value. From things as small as a £50k, right up to things exceeding £1m.Once the green light is given, you will hand over to a project team to deliver. At this stage your remit becomes more oversight, to ensure the right outcomes are achieved and the client is happy.Hybrid working set upWith this companys hybrid set up, youre only typically in office once a week. But theres also a client facing requirement alongside this too. Most of the time meets are online, but roughly once a month you can expect to need to go visit a client sitetoo.Experience needed
