The CRM Media team at Klarna is responsible for planning, executing and optimizing co-marketing CRM campaigns for priority merchants in the Klarna Consumer Network. Wecollaborate closely with the Partner Success teams, Affiliate teams and other CRM Growth teams, to deliver quality traffic to our merchant partners while maintaining engagement and relevance with our user database. As CRM Marketing Associate, you will have experience of impacting & contributing to increased customer engagement in outbound CRM campaigns (Email, SMS), app CRM (Push, In App Message) and app content (Articles). Additionally, a successful CRM Marketing Associate at Klarna should have hands-on experience in marketing automation/CRM tools, email marketing, customer segmentation & A/B testing. What will you do:As CRM Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for executing and following up on multichannel co-marketing campaigns with the goal of driving quality traffic to Klarna merchant partners. To be successful in this position, you should be detail-oriented,data-driven, able to be flexible and willing to challenge the status quo. The CRM Media team sits within Klarnas in-house agency for Klarna merchant partners and rolls into the Klarna Media domain. Klarna Media is aiming to scale CRM through marketing automation and dynamic content, and is driven to inspire users to engage withmerchant communications and content. Ultimately, Klarna will connect customers with the most relevant brands and products, and brands and products with the most relevant customers. Responsibilities:
