Job Description

Do you think you have what it takesTHE GIG Build, deliver and optimize all CRM initiatives to drivedatabase and e-commerce growth within EMEA region with a focus on campaign, database acquisition and omnichannel drivers. This role is Hybrid working and requires 2 days a week in our Camden Office THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

  • Lead and ensure all campaign communications from CRM is on-brand and accurate
  • Work closely with Email Marketing Assistant on optimizing BAU campaign sends
  • Lead BAU content planning, email calendar and briefing processesensuring Creative teams, Content and Email marketing Collaborate with Global and Regional cross-functional teams on increasing touchpoints for database acquisitionwith shared KPIs acrossMarketing, and Paid teams
  • Launch data acquisition initiatives for 10 EMEA regions on a regular basis
  • Analyze and track performance of all campaigns including transactional and lifecycle flows, pivoting strategies and implementing tests where opportunities are identified
  • Liaise with wider CRM, content and CRO on campaign optimization tests, coordinating with regional marketing teams as well on campaign performance and localization efforts
  • Identify additional touchpoints with customer database to increase customer CLV
  • Build relationship and work with Tech and Customer Service teams, to optimize Email Service Provider tool, and implement new programs and technical solutions for Klaviyo to optimise platform (Yotpo, Supermetrics, personalisation tools (Monetate))
  • Gather requirements, brief, and build transactional emails for all EMEA regions

Project, content, other digital marketing channels)An ability to communicate business requirements to technical teamsAn understanding of HTML, CSS and dynamic programming languagesStrong attention to detail, driven by qualityand accuracyAnalytical mindedwith strong experience in data analytics and data tools ie.
