Its a great experience working in a FTSE 100 company. Whats even better is working in a new, growing function of that business. Youd get all of the benefits and security youd expect in a well-known brand but with more autonomy and freedom to bring your ideas to the table and make them happen without a committee discussion. If youre an analyst with experience in SAS, SQL and Google Analytics (ideally), this could be an excellent opportunity to jump aboard that train. The brand operates in the gaming sector with offices worldwide.Although this function is in its infancy and youd be the first CRM Analyst, there are already millions of customers and lots of resources to work with. Youd be responsible for analysing customer data for upcoming marketing campaigns and reporting on campaign successes/things to work on for the next time. Sitting within a CRM function, youll likely be looking at things like open-rates, click-throughs, purchases or similar through channels such as email, in-app/push, SMS and web. Youll have real visibility of customer behaviour and have a lot of influence over the strategy longer-term.Every good experiment needs different variables so youll be the knowledge on A/B testing, what is driving performance and providing analysis through dashboards and reports. Its an international role so youll also be looking at localisation and customer behaviour will vary from geography to geography. Youll certainly learn a lot!The absolute essentials for this role are experience in SQL, SAS and Google Analytics. Ideally youll also have experience in measuring CRM campaigns but any exposure to wider marketing analysis would be great. In return, youll have a leading package including a substantial bonus, in addition to all the career development opportunities mentioned above. If you tick the skills boxes and want to hear more about this role, please apply now!
