Thats why were building a community to be a digital bank with a human touch and deliver an outstanding customer experience living our valuesof Simple, Personal and Fair Youll conduct credit risk analysis and trade approvals for a portfolio of European, US and Brazilian Hedge Funds and Investment Management counterparties. The difference you will make Rating of new clients (including due diligence),and compiling of review documents and line sizing of counterparties for various financial products Negotiating risk-related terms on documentation (ISDA, CSA, CDEAs GMRA, GMSLA) Managing the on-going credit quality of the designated portfolio, plus responsibilityfor analysis and approvals of Structured Products Creating high quality reports and presentations for management and regulatory purposes Participating in regulatory projects involving the Funds portfolio What you will bring Credit expertise across the HedgeFund industry for European, British, Brazilian and American funds and expertise in GMSLA, GMRA, ISDA standards and the common credit mitigation clauses Self-starter mind-set, and very strong analytical, communication, prioritisation and management informationskills, and the ability to work and exercise judgment to tight deadlines as necessary in a trading environment It would be nice for you to have High degree of excel and Bloomberg proficiency to assist in exposure investigations. High degree of PowerPoint proficiencyrequired to formulate and present proposals to a senior audience Educated to Degree level in a relevant subject (e.g.: Engineering, Finance, Science, and Mathematics).
