Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to Line Management and responsibilities associated with the delivery of USD IBOR transition through the course of 2022/1H2023 (possibly extendable).
  • Actively assisting TPD during USD IBOR transition through 2022/1H2023 and possibly extendable.
  • The role will include but not be limited to liaison with IBOR Champions, Front Office core teams and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the communications interface with relevant stakeholders is maintained with timely and appropriate information flow.
  • Timely delivery of Management Information and performance to relevant KPIs/milestones.
  • Monitor and assess all aspects of risk associated with the aforementioned USD IBOR transition related project tasks, re-documentation and eventual closure.
  • Track delivery client contact, modifying documentation and ultimate delivery of executed documentation.
  • Update internal tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely management information reporting
  • Prepare and submit internal approvals including credit applications and operational updates
  • Support senior management in the delivery of transition and associated ad hoc tasks
  • Good numeracy and analytical skill-set with aptitude for technical aspects of Loans administration and associated documentation.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and associated ability to analyse data sets alongside ability to interpret outputs.
  • Previous good level of experience in the financial / asset based finance sector and with associated documentation. Education to degree standard with a solid background in risk assessment (Banking, Accountancy or Engineering degree)
