My client is a fantastic, collaborative corporate communications brand based in a high-profile investment bank in the city. Currently going through an extremely busy period of design briefs coming thick and fast, they are looking to bring on a driven, business minded Creative Services Manager.Reporting into the Operations Director, you will be tasked with managing/leading the production of creative work coming in across the design department, where work could be anything from Pitchbooks, Presentations, Infographics, Illustration and Animation deliverables.On a day-to-day basis, responsibilities include:- Proactively building relationships with stakeholders, bankers and service users to understand their requirements- Developing tailored, innovative creative solutions for strategic/must win pitches that will significantly enhance the quality of output for pitches and proposals- Implementing and developing best practice processes to support project coordination and production- Initially being involved all stages of a creative project from scoping and briefing and initial concepts to development, implementation and delivery- Assessing the current skillset of the Creative Services team and making recommendations on developing and leveraging the required capabilityThis client is looking for someone who can have high level business conversations about design with their clients. You’ll need to be able to take clients on a creative journey, helping them understand what is possible and also being able to speak about the service and creativity the team can offer.Crucially, this client needs someone who has worked in a corporate environment or with corporate clients so understands what it takes to thrive in this type of environment. Whilst the work is creative, it is important to know how these environments work to really make a difference - so if this sounds like you, do get in touch!Must haves- Experience of having worked within brand guidelines and also developing strong creative concepts and ideas to brief and budget- Previous experience in a client-facing role and the ability to provide examples where value was added- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into great creative results- Strong feel for colour, design and layout together with a strong commercial understanding- Background of working in an international environment and global teams Required skills
