Are you an experienced marketing exec who excels in easily managing projects A year or two working in a busy digital marketing agencyNaturally thrive in a busy role where you’re accountable for creating briefs, understanding paid ads strategies and working with external suppliers including influencersWould love to join this established fast-growing digital marketing agency based in ShoreditchWe’d love to hear from you.About The Good MarketerWere a rapidly growing team of Digital Marketers supporting the underdog - the small and medium-sized businesses who need to make their budget work hard for them. Every day in our fast-paced and exciting work environment is different, so youll always beenergised.Your new Creative Executive role with us:As the agency’s Creative Exec, youll:

  • Create profitable strategies for clients’ paid ads which involves selecting and briefing the right influencers
  • Able to start and finish client projects from initial call to sign-off and data reporting.
  • Review campaign data to assess what is working and what needs improvement.
  • Delegate tasks to the team around you who can support projects and campaigns to get the best results for the agency’s clients.

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following skills, experience and personality:
  • Proven experience in a videographer and editing role
  • Ideally, a marketing agency background or from a very busy/stretched in-house video content role
  • Desire to develop our in-house skills and our existing video content output
  • Your proactive, can-do attitude is sure to work well within our team.
  • An overview and understanding of what it takes to create fantastic video content that converts.
  • Brilliant client relationship-building skills; clients trust you quickly.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • You’re a tidy person, and your studio is your home where everything has its place.
