Job Description

Creative Delivery Team Lead - Contract My client a leading IT services provider are looking for a Creative Delivery Team Lead on a 12-month contract. This will be working remotely with scope to come into their offices based in Berkshire. Please note this role will be paid via an umbrella company. You will be an integral part at every stage in the creative process, from taking the brief, brain-storming and concept definition to production and initial proofing. You will have daily interactions with global teams and customers and will coach andmanage end to end creative production using globally distributed teams.You will be responsible for the following:

  • Work with marketing professionals, creatives, partner agencies, to develop content from concept to customer
  • Set creative direction and assure the quality of production
  • Develop and implement concepts for creative campaigns and oversee to completion
  • Lead team brainstorming sessions
  • Nurture talent and professional development of the creative teams
  • Ensure work is high-quality and impact
The key skills & experience include:
  • Strong creative background and experience
  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite and applications.
  • Proven experience of leading creative team(s)
  • Multi-skilled in content creation, digital design and branding
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, manage expectations and deliver to timescales and quality
