Our team will work from a brands existing assets, or nothing at all to create outstanding static and animatedcreative, within just a few days.The Project Manager Role:You will work independently and in a team of project managers to manage the production of the work. You will support the creators in understanding the briefs,sourcing necessary assets, managing the workload across our studios (here and in India) through to delivery at the end of the day, and carefully checking each piece of work to ensure it meets the brief.You will have great attention to detail and excellent time management. You will be a diplomat, able to manage different personalities to get the work done. You will need to be able to give feedback in a constructive and reasoned manner and you should behappy to work in a fast paced environment. You will create lasting relationships with clients, upholding our core values of helpfulness and friendliness.You would be expected to:+ Liaise with client contacts to refine the briefs and to build relationships+ Be cost aware - as well as the efficiencies noted above, also be aware of how different types of work are charged, the levels of the different types of work being done and if time spent is aligning with time charged+ Be proactive in suggesting improvements within the company to help drive smarter working+ Be aware of the wider business picture and how the work you do and the skills you have can contribute to the companys success in other ways than your day to day tasks.+ Bring on juniors to develop them into independent PMs on the account+ Be a safe pair of hands for any project/client assigned to you+ Apply the knowledge and experience you have gained to new situations, and continue to build on your experience to dateAbout You:+ Solid experience in project / account management in a similar fast-paced environment (agency, design production company).+ Client facing experience is essential.+ Able to work across multiple short term projects.+ Detail focused but also able to see the bigger picture.+ Level headed and personable.+ Practical and hands-on.Sounds like a good fit Apply here for a fast-track path to the Agency FoundersApplication notice We take your privacy seriously.
