Job Description

Horizon Teachers are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join a Secondary School in Kensington & Chelsea as a Cover Supervisor. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and productive learning environmentin the absence of a classroom teacher. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong communication and organisational skills.Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a class of students in the absence of a regular teacher.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students engagement and understanding.
  • Resolve any behavioural issues and maintain discipline in the classroom.
  • Provide feedback and support to students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
