ICT is one of them!International Compliance Training (ICT) deliver training worldwide which leads to the award of ICAs professional qualifications in governance, risk and compliance, anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention.Main Purpose of RoleThis training role entails the creation and delivery of training and education in the context of ICA qualifications and non-certificated training solutions. This will include the delivery of workshops, both by virtual classroom and by face to face classrooms, the design, creation and review of course materials. You will support in the development of new courses and initiatives; provide support to the corporate sales team in helping to win in-house opportunities as well as designing and creating bespoke solutions; support to the marketing function through the creation of social media content and participating in industry events and forums. As a Course Director it is imperative that you keep yourself up to date with the latest industry activities, ensuring your knowledge is fit for purpose.Responsibilities:- To take specific ownership of allocated projects and to be accountable for excellence in all aspects associated with content and delivery- To deliver training for ICA qualifications both regional and international via face-to-face and virtual workshops achieving an excellent standard of delivery and feedback.- To develop and deliver online training support content for students including workbooks, web-based content and via other media.- To participate in industry events as required either as a presenter, speaker, panelist or facilitator- Research and development of new ICA courses in liaison with ICA program developers/managers and the ICA CS TED teams- Development of jurisdiction and sector-specific content- Writing and editing of course material and other supporting course content as required to ensure content remains up to date and of a high standard. - Online support and contact sessions with students as required including assistance with queries related to content and assessments- To work with ICA support functions including Operations, Sales and Marketing to provide input into the on-going running of courses.- To support sales and marketing activities through the creation of social media content and corporate client representation- To develop and/or deliver tailored training content for in house courses- To undertake, from time to time, other related duties and responsibilities as may be assignedSkills and Experience Required- Experience in the same or similar role- Significant experience within compliance, financial crime prevention or governance/risk roles- Significant experience within a regulated industry and / or a regulatory function- A strong understanding of compliance and financial crime prevention within regulated sectors- Great communication skills and the ability to represent the company at senior levels- Successful experience as a trainer - in both developing and delivering understanding and the ability to apply learning- To deliver training to a high level of professionalism and engagement- The ability to network and build upon industry contacts- Be able to communicate well with people at all levels, both verbally and in writing- Willing to travel internationally"We are committed to equality, equality of opportunity and valuing diversity" Required skills
