Job Description

In so doing, they seek to make a positive, sustainable contribution to both the UK economy and society.On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Corporation Tax Manager for a 6 Month contract based in London.Purpose of the Role:

  • Maternity cover contract focused on tax provisions, quarterly and annual returns within corporation tax.
    • As a Corporation Tax Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Provide assistance to Finance & completion of tax departments CIB quarterly reporting cycle.
  • Completion of CIB sub-groups corporation tax computations and all related administration.
  • Manage & administer CIB groups corporation tax corporation tax payments and group relief processes including where involvement of other sub-groups where necessary.
  • Completion of BPSS, Commercial Finance and Real Estate corporation tax computations and all related administration.
  • Completion of groups CIR obligations and all related administration.
  • Completion of withholding tax administration and obligations for UK group
  • Completion of other advisory, compliance and administration tasks as requested or required.
    • What we require from the candidate:
  • Qualified Accountant or holds CTA.
  • Previous experience of corporation tax, preferably within banking or financial services.
  • Experienced in using Onesource.
