Job Description

Corporate Healthcare Wellbeing ExecutiveHCA Healthcare UK

  • Contract; Permanent, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hrs per week
  • Salary £30000-£34000 depending upon experience, with additional rewards;
  • Plus private medical healthcare insurance, contributory pension, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, which increases with years of service.
  • Location; Hybrid Central London and remote working

Building on a background of over 30 years experience, HCA UK, offer private GP, health screening, occupationalhealth, and other associated health and wellbeing services and strategies to a vast number of blue chip organisations in the UK.We are actively seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Healthcare Wellbeing Executive, specifically from Corporate Healthcare providers, such as HCA,In this role you will get to add value by;Being based at our clients site in the City of London, working with them to help in the support and delivery of their Health and Wellbeing Strategy, you will have a key role in assisting the planning and delivery of an innovative and effective health andwellbeing programme.Our client is an investment bank that strives to be a great place to work. Their health and wellbeing programme has developed significantly over the last two years, with a particular focus on raising awareness of the need for everyone to look after theirmental health, and providing education and practical tools to help employees to do this.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Researching and creating proposals for internal health and wellbeing initiatives, including analysis of costs.
  • Events management to include facilitating seminars, meetings (booking rooms, speakers, contacts sheets provided, set up, minute-taking)
  • Liaise with internal Corporate Communications team in the development and delivery of employee communications
  • Post-event evaluation reporting including preparation, distribution and analysis of event surveys
  • Budget management for events and seeking approval from the business where relevant as directed by the VP, Health and Wellbeing
  • Liaise with Benefits Administrators, dealing with any healthcare related escalations
  • Mailbox management of specific wellbeing employee enquiries
  • Develop a knowledge of the healthcare plans and key health benefits available to the clients staff in order to be able to respond to initial enquiries in support of the VP, Health & Wellbeing
  • Represent the client at key internal and external events
Successful Applicants will need to demonstrate;
  • Skills, experience, knowledge and understanding of the corporate UK private healthcare market
  • Experienced wellbeing programme lead or wellbeing management experience
  • A sound understanding of the benefits of healthy lifestyle choices being able to demonstrate that you are up to date with developments in health advice.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint, word)
  • Excellent customer service skills, presenting skills, exceptional communicator, able to offer flexibility to respond to our clients needs
