An opportunity to join an Award winning Travel Management Company, celebrating 30 years of bespoke travel. Part of a dynamic, forward thinking team, that support each other. This opportunity is to process travel requests from designated clients. Offering hybrid working (2 home, 3 office which is Clapham Junction), based in London and offers the flexibility of hours between 8am - 7pm, total 37.5 hours per week, alternating variousshifts, Monday to Friday. With the opportunity to earn extra pennies to work one weekend in every five or six. Also, time off in lieu. One late night per week is required, but on that day you can work from home. Work one in every 5-6 weekends, then get timeoff in lieu (wfh on weekends, and hours are shorter). Also, there is a £2K per annum incentive to work weekends.You will need to be passionate about travel and have Travel management experience (TMC - Travel Management Company), with the hunger and drive to offer the best travel options to clients to enable them to make an informed decision, meeting SLAs. Building confidencein clients to ensure they are delighted with the offerings, to ensure repeat business. The ability to build lasting relationships, with client satisfaction and client retention every step of the way.Ideally a solid background within Corporate Travel, a good eye for detail, with a good command of the English language. Work well under pressure, proactive, thriving to meet deadlines. You will be computer literate, with the ability to navigate new systemsat ease (they use Sabre or Amadeus). Need to have knowledge of GDS (Global Distribution System). About 7-10 people in the department. Looking for someone with drive, whos savvy, a bit hungry, just goes that extra mile, gets the best markup and the best deal for the client.
