Job Description

A recognised Asset Management Firm as looking for a Corporate Receptionist in one of their prestigious London offices. The ideal candidate will come from a similar professional industry with previous experience, to ensure their reception area runs smoothlyand efficiently. The successful candidate will work from 09:30 am to 6:30 pm, with the flexibility to oversee other reception sites within the firm as required.Join an established senior level team as a Corporate Receptionist at a leading asset management firm in the heart of Central London! With a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £37,000 for a full-time position, working five days a week in their modern office environment. Be the welcoming face and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at their prestigious location.Primary Duties:

  • Warmly welcome and assist all visitors including senior level stakeholders both internal and external
  • Schedule meetings and manage conference rooms for C-Suite members of the firm
  • Coordinate courier services and suppliers, managing invoices and relationships.
  • Receive and manage small package deliveries and make sure they are delivered to the relevant person
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of reception area and conference rooms
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist in a professional sector
  • Experience in financial services is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a requirement
  • Strong Excel skills and data entry experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
  • Collaborative team player with a willingness to assist others
