A London based family office investment firm have an exciting opportunity for a corporate finance manager to join them on an interim basis and assist in end to end M&A transactions.The business expect to make several aquisitions and successful candidate will help the business develop and maintain DCF valuation models, track aquisition targets, undertake due diligence, have a leading part to play in transaction activity, possibly getinvolved in some accounting consolidation work.To be considered for this opportunity you must:- Have 5+ years experience in recent M&A transaction roles (with deal experience)- Be able to roll up your sleeves and confident in developing DCF scenario, valuation models in excel to a high level- Preferably be a qualified accountant- Experience of working in Private Equity, Family Office or Real Estate Investement businesses would be preferable- Be available at short noticePay: £600-750 per dayDuration: 3-6 months, but may be a possibility of a longer term opportunityIf you feel this role is in line with your skillset and you enjoy M&A work then please feel free to get in touch.
