On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Corporate Coverage Analyst/Associate for an initial 6 month contract -due to the nature of the role it will be based in the London office 4 days a week inMarylebone and 1 day a week from home. Purpose of the Role: This is a fundamental role within the Corporate Coverage Team, working closely in support of Managing Directors, Relationship Managers and Global Relationship Managers in the management of relationshipsof large companies, with the aim of helping develop the global relationship Clearly defined tasks within various dimensions, comprising of a strong commercial focus, credit expertise, compliance / KYC with a concentration on added-value tasks. By coveringa large range of topics, will develop high valued skills in these various dimensions. As a Corporate Coverage Analyst/Associate analyst you will be responsible for: Monitoring of the overall risk positions of a portfolio of Pilot Groups. Coordination of thenetwork of contributors and facilitating the Green Light process. Support the credit process of their clients, summarised annually in an Annual Review and help with interim requests for additional facilities. Contracting, contributes to the negotiation, draftingand obtaining the required approvals for loan and facility related documentation. Responsible for deal implementation and follow-up of its life cycle Supports the banker in origination, sales development and profitability of the client relationship. Supportsthe banker in the analysis of business opportunities, deal structuring and screening. Contributes to client events, calls & meetings, sales/deal related client interactions Coordinates pitch document preparation and briefing memos including relevant businesslines Responsible for the coordination of the Contributor business, where applicable in support of the Global Relationship Manager Preparation of CAPs, meeting notes, briefing notes, maintaining databases, client data monitoring Prepare call memos, analysescreening hits and complete RMs assessment Responsible for planning and completing of KYC documents in coordination with the Business Group Coordinator or Due Diligence Team. Responsible for the investigation, negotiation and coordination of Compliance relatedtopics of their clients.
