Job Description

We are working for a prestigious International Bank who are seeking a Turkish speaking Relationship Manager to join our clients Corporate Banking team.Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for corporate clients in respect to their day to day banking and management of commercial customer portfolio.
  • Understanding and identifying customers need, resolving their complaints and delivering the best ideas, solutions and products, and build long lasting relationships.
  • Managing account maintenance procedures and KYC process for new clients.
  • Market knowledge of diverse sectors ranging from real estate to commodity trade.
  • Management of compliance process by analysing transaction monitoring and reviewing customer documents, and ensure they are complaint to internal procedures and legislation.
  • Preparing Customer Due Diligence and escalate any EDD to the KYC team.
  • Being part of decision-making point for credit line allocation for commercial clients by proper evaluation of credit line allocation with Senior Management.
  • Control point of treasury transactions (money market deals, FX transactions, swap/IRS deals etc)
Requirements
  • Fluent Turkish speaker
  • Strong track record of corporate clients relationships around Europe and Middle East
  • Sales oreintated individual working towards Branch targets.
  • Experience in Credit analysis - analyse financials and cash flow of customers.
  • Strong communication skills in building new and warm relationships.
