Job Description

Corporate Account Manager - Private Healthcare - Occupational Health - £30k + Comm + BenefitsThis is an opportunity to join a succesful and growing network of private Doctors Clinics covering the UK. The Corporate Account Manager must have experience in a similar setting, with Occupational Health experience. It will be office based (London), although during covid it will be mainly working from home. The Corporate Account Manager will operate within a cross skilled account mangement function, supporting the Occupational Health, GP and combined services to ther corporate client base.SALARY ETC:

  • £30,000 + Comm + Benefits
  • Permanent, full-time
  • Office based (London), although home based during covid
  • Central SE London
  • Monday to Friday, office hours
  • DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
  • Driving forward service utilisation, cross sales and up selling to existing corporate clients and supporting the Account Management team in the delivery of cross sales and its support of campaign management and sales activity through
  • Scheduling and chairing client review meetings including new business and operations
  • Responsible for client renewals, including contracting, ensuring pricing and renewal terms are communicated correctly and responses dealt with accordingly
  • Support Group Corporate Sales in the tender response sales process (new and existing) or run renewal tenders as appropriate.
  • Manage and develop key Corporate Client relationships and Partnerships directly, including cross and up selling
  • Ensure Client invoicing is issued to clients by the Account Management team in the agreed timescales, working with operations and finance
  • Assist in aged debt recovery where required, supporting finance functions as and when needed
  • Ensure Client satisfaction and all feedback; positive and complaints are logged and communicated accordingly
  • Assist in the resolution of Corporate complaints in conjunction with operations and other departments ensuring that the matic issues are identified and corrected accordingly
  • Responsible for managing and delivering the end to end operational on boarding process for all new Corporate clients; from sales engagement of servicing
  • Establish and maintain a strong client servicing relationship ensuring Corporate servicing queries and issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently, liaising with the boarder operational team andother departments as and when required
  • Operate within a cross skilled Account Management function that supports OH, GP and combined services to the corporate client base
  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in a similar role, with strong private healthcare and occupation health experience / understanding.
  • Corporate Account Management & BD experience
  • Excellent telephone and presentation skills
  • Accurate and good record keeping skills
