Role OverviewThis role is responsible for leading the copywriting function which supports the development of the brand tone of voice, developing compelling copywriting solutions for all customer groups and supporting the successful delivery of the marketing strategyand communications plan.The Copywriter must be a strategically-minded, digital-savvy creative writer. This person will lead campaign copy creative and experiment with new ways to engage and present our stories through different platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will be responsible for managing and approving created content in partnership with the business leads and Marketing stakeholders, to support the current and future needs of the business line/s. They will oversee the delivery of all copy, and willalso be required to: Discuss and understand business requirements, liaising with relevant stakeholders Take ownership of briefs and provide great copy solutions Understand and engage with the target audience Translate complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand information Modify and edit copy, as required Present ideas and concepts for copy Present results to support the success and learnings of major projects Take ownership of our tone of voice guidelines and brand styleKey SkillsThe Copywriter must have a proven track record in creating engaging copy across multiple-platforms, including: Digital - Websites, mobile apps, emails, social media, blogs Marketing materials (including brochures and webinars) Campaigns Press advertising Editorials Video scripts Internal communicationsThe Copywriting function is a new role to Savills, thus the Copywriter will be owning the direction and delivering content to the new brand style and tone of voice.We are looking for someone who has the skills to sell-in a concept, and simplify the complex.This person must be a self-starter, who relishes the freedom and the opportunity to help a Global Property company to deliver its new brand voice. We expect thesuccessful applicant to be able to hit the ground running, thus interpersonal skills and a collaborativeapproach are as important as having the required skills.Minimum of 2 days/week in a designated Savills office.Savills employee offer
