To provide school meals in accordance with centrally agreed menus and undertake the associated supervisory duties.The main duties of the post will include: -Organise, prepare and servefood at lunchtime for the students, staff and visitors of Ysgol Capelulo. Provide on the job training for new cooks and colleagues. Cooking the meals required, portion control, food service, ordering, washing up and cleaning of kitchen and dining room. Beprepared to undergo appropriate training and development (sometimes outside normal working days/hours by prior arrangement) i.e. Intermediate Food Hygiene and Basic Nutrition.
