Our client has grown its markets consulting team to 50 people, tackling many of the industrys tough front office topics across Libor, Mifid 2, Booking Models transformation, e-trading/algo-trading, Brexit Strategyand more. This is generally higher-value consulting work looking at the big picture e.g. if a bank has a particular framework it uses, this team will suggest new approaches, perhaps new ways of working, a new organisational map... this is business-led changegenerally into COOs. They might look at re-designing operating models or advising a banks management on how to tackle a change in regulation. They also look at control frameworks and end to end processes. We are looking for academically smart people who arelooking to build their career, learning from different types of bankers and consultants in this firms Partnership.
