Job Description

Job; Conversion Optimisation Consultant - Remote UKThis company make high volume transactional ecommerce websites more money by improving their customers buying experience. They combine Machine Learning, Biometrics, Psychology and Data to create the best possible buying experience for customers. Their workis pioneering, and they work with some of the UKs biggest eCommerce brands.They are looking for a Conversion Optimisation Consultant to join their multi-award winning, fast paced Conversion Agency.Role:

  • Managing all aspects of your clients optimisation programs
  • Conducting various forms of research (Qualitative and Quantitative) to identify why websites are not achieving the results they should
  • Moderating and observing remote and/or lab-based user testing with eye tracking and other pioneering technologies
  • Applying psychological principles to experiments to help improve a websites performance
  • Planning and Implementing A/B tests via testing software
Your background:
  • Outstanding customer relationship skills to manage your client partners
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with excellent attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge of Google Analytics
