The focus will primarily be on helping Boards as they manage strategic and transformation risks, rather than delivery of audit and compliancehealth checks - Therefore, we are looking for somebody who has a track record of engaging, influencing and developing relationships with Boards. The individual(s) we appoint will support the RAS leadership team in their strategy to grow the business significantlyin the coming years.
