This team is a close-knit group of consultants and ex-banking COOs and change agents, all working with top investment banks on strategic change engagements. The work tends to be conduct and front office focused in nature, given the problems they work on. The team is led by an inspirational lady, who joined as a consultant in the team 13 years ago. Of her four directors, three were promoted up from graduate level. This is a team of organic growth that really looks after its people. We are looking for early career consultants, or bright, analytical and strategically minded BAs and PMs from industry that can set their work in the context of the bigger picture and have impact with those they work with. Types of projects you may get involved in: 1. Control framework redesign or remediation in an investment banking context 2. Transactional reporting frameworks reviews or redesign 3. Libor transition 4. Post-Brexit operational strategy 5. Booking model redesign We are looking for: 1. A strong base of consulting skills or banking project work relevant to the above 2. Strong academic background 3. An ability to inspire others either through your approach to work, career development/coaching and/or passion for the space 4. Maturity to work into senior stakeholders even with 2-3+ years experience
