Contracts Manager (Commercial Gas)London£50,000+ Basic +BensPenguin Recruitment is currently seeking a Contacts Manager with a Commercial Gas background to join one of our key London clients.The Contracts Manager will be responsible for a number of commercial/domestic heating contracts for both private and social clients. They will be responsible for the management of the delivery of projects from start through to completion.You will be able to demonstrate experience at Contract Management level within a technical environment, knowledge and an ability to refer to applicable industry standards such as Gas Safe, IGEM, British Standards, CIBSE and an understanding of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. You will hold a minimum of 5 years experience in the commercial gas sector, experience managing contracts delivering technical services, strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead with clients and sub-contractors.This is an excellent opportunity that would suit an experienced Commercial/Domestic Gas Installation Contract Manager who holds relevant and current gas qualifications.
