We are looking for a Contracts Manager (mech bias) to work for our client, who are a very well known FM company, based on a static site near to Kings Cross. The role will involve line managing a team of maintenance engineers across a commercial site. Youwill control all aspects of M&E facilities maintenance work, and will be a technical point of contact for the client and site maintenance technicians.The ideal candidate will have:- BOAS Certification. - Steam Systems knowledge.- Experience of managing planned and reactive maintenance work with excellent M&E knowledge.- Previous experience of supervising a variety of M&E trades staff- Excellent Health & Safety knowledge.- RAMS experience.- The ability to price work.- Good communication skills - the ability to speak to clients and colleagues.- Strong IT SkillsThe standard hours of work will be 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
