Fantastic opportunity to leverage thisfirms existing networkand develop furtherthe contested probate practice.To be considered you shouldhave at least 10 years PQEand significant experience in contentiousprobate/trusts work. This will include all types of inheritance disputes including applications contestingwills, applications to remove Executors, claims forfinancial provision under theInheritance Act 1975, rectification of Wills,breach of trustclaims, and contentious Court of Protection applications.As this role is senior, you should bea full member of the ACTPSand ideally amember of the Institute of Legacy Management, but this is not essential.If you are seekingadevelopment role withina successful privateclient/private wealth department, then pleaseapply today. .
