Job Description

CONTENT & MARKETING MANAGER - PRIVATE EQUITYBASED CITY, LONDON£50-60000+bonus,bens (salary based on experience)4 days in the officeExcellent new opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional, with strong experience in content writing and content management to join our client, a dynamic and growing Private Equity firm. You will need experience in the private equity or institutionalasset management space.Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will play a key role in managing and developing marketing activity at a key point in the business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be hands on and creative in the application of a new brandroll-out, whilst working at the heart of the business.You will be responsible for managing the content pipeline, to ensure it is in line with core messaging and deliver content through our digital pipelines for our four sector teams.You will be responsible for ensuring target audiences are provided with compelling and relevant content which clearly, consistently and impactfully articulates the businesss proposition to them through multiple channels including website / online, social,email and events. You will play a key role in contributing into strategies to achieve deliverables and will have the opportunity to pursue and test new strategies to engage the brand with target audiences.Key Responsibilities

  • Building and managing the marketing calendar to maximise content distribution and impact across channels, ensuring that all departments (including social, video and editorial) are aligned.
  • Ensuring all marketing and communications speak to brand purpose, deliver a positive message, engage and grow our audience and encourage advocacy.
  • Assisting in the creation and execution of new marketing ideas and campaigns
  • Overseeing the events programme
  • Measure analysis and reporting on marketing activities and their business impact - use these to make informed decision and share those with key stakeholders
  • Where needed, manage and/or brief third-party agencies and suppliers to ensure delivery of marketing activities
Experience required
  • Strong marketing experience gained in the Private Equity or institutional asset management role space is essential
  • Excellent experience in Content is essential, with strong skills in writing and editing with the ability to present concepts verbally
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies such as Marketo, Adobe Express, Hootsuite and wordpress is preferred
  • Strong project management skills
