End dateMonday 11 December 2023Salary range£45,054 - £50,060Agile Working OptionsHybrid WorkingJob descriptionJOB TITLE: Content Governance Analyst (12-Month FTC)LOCATION: LondonSALARY: £45,054 - £50,060HOURS: Full TimeDURATION: 12-Month Fixed-Term ContractWORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in the London office.About this opportunityLloyds Banking Group works with a third-party content governance tool, which helps writers produce high-quality, clear and accessible content that’s on brand and in line with the Group’s editorial and brand guidelines.Together with the Content Governance Manager, you will work with the third party and the Group’s many content creators to make sure that the technology continues to deliver value to its users.As a Content Governance Analyst it’ll be your role to:

  • Understand how the bank’s editorial and brand guidelines are applied across the entire customer experience.
  • Work closely with the third party at both a strategic and a granular level to make sure the tool is supporting us to deliver on the above point.
  • Work with the Content Governance Manager to understand how rulesets and terminology work.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the content tool’s analytics capabilities.
  • Produce data on language usage to feed into the evolution of the rulesets and terminology.
  • Produce team-level data for users across the bank, and proactively use data insights to inform product and/or behaviour change.
  • Understand how the Consumer Duty Customer Understanding regulations affect customer communications, and work with the Consumer Duty programme to make sure the tool is helping us stay compliant.
  • Use data to measure the quality, cost and value of our content and prove the tool’s ROI.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
