With an open-plan space, ideal for collaborative working, an outdoor terrace for a team lunch, or a dedicated studio for a yoga class.THE ROLEA content designer makes shopping for luxury purchases easier and more enjoyable. Their work focuses on the end-to-end journey in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, such as designers and researchers. A content designer helps to shape the design ofa product, identifying customer needs and ensuring they are displayed both accurately and appropriately. They formulate hypotheses and gain insights from data, customer research, and product testing and use their findings to help the team make informed decisions. WHAT YOULL DO- Partner with a user researcher to create and test content experiences across all our customer-facing channels; - Design experiments to identify the right content, information naming and labeling is shown at the right moment in customer journeys; - Define ways of working (workflows, governance, patterns, and principles) that lead to the implementation of content strategies; - Collaborate with localization experts to write, test, and iterate on task-focussed interface labels and copy (ie. UX copy rather than creative or product information); - Contribute to the design and the development of content resources for the Consumer Design System through UX copy support, as well as helping to design the documentation and taxonomy for the system; - Run comprehension evaluations, conduct content audits and analyze readability measures; - Create content concepts and prototypes to visualize your work in context to support product testing and show stakeholders the impact of changes. WHO YOU ARE- Experience of researching, designing and testing content as part of multidisciplinary product teams in agile environments; - Experience of working with analytics and content metrics such as readability, qualitative research, digital analytics etc. to help you understand problems and opportunities; - Experience in evaluating quantitative and qualitative data; - Proven expertise in designing for conversational UI; - Experience of designing for inclusivity and accessibility; - Excellent ability to identify, analyze, manage and monitor relationships with and between stakeholders; - Excellent communication with stakeholders.
