Human Capital includes four Service Areas focused on HR Transformation and Applications, a Workforce Transformation team, an Actuarial and Pensions practice and a Service Area focused specifically on helping our clients identify, manage and solve the people issues that accompany major transformation and/or cause businesses to perform below their potential. Called Organisation Transformation (OT), our practice brings together specialist expertise in project and programme leadership, change management and cultural change, organisational design, digital enablement & capital programme delivery. Your role The Change team within Human Capital’s Organisation Transformation practice works with clients to deliver the people change associated with technology and digital-enabled business transformation as well as behavioural and cultural change projects. We provide our clients with the advice and delivery support that they need throughout the entire cycle of their transformation programmes. Whether it is assessing, planning, supporting, managing, or delivering business change solutions, we need the very best people to join us and strengthen our team even further. The Training and Learning Solutions Consultant role sits within our Transformation Services team based in Belfast. Transformation Services is a growing team employing consulting professionals with experience across a number of areas such as organisational transformation, programme and change management, IT transformation, process definition/mapping, business requirements development and analysis. Applicants for this role are expected to have training development experience, ideally within technology transformation programmes. As a Consultant you will have responsibility for: •Carrying out research, data collection and analysis to help determine client needs and provide recommendations to solve client issues •Contributing to development of work plans and being an integral team member for specific components of engagements •Applying rigorous logic and data analysis to ensure all deliverables are of high quality •Supporting business development by contributing to new business proposals and presentations and taking role in industry and accounts •Contributing to internal practice development by participating in proposition, methodology and point of view development activities and supporting knowledge capture and sharing Your work, your choice At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk. The role may involve travel, working in different areas of the UK and potentially overseas as it is a client facing role. Work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity. Your professional experience •Experience designing, developing and deploying technical training on technology implementations; •A good understanding of training strategy including planning for end user training design, development and deployment tasks; •Experience assessing an organisation’s training and support infrastructure and to identify end-user training needs; •Experience developing training content using a number of different mediums, e.g. Instructor Lead Training, eLearning, simulations, Reference Guides, etc. •Ability to translate business processes into training to provide context; •Experience developing and implementing a Train-the-Trainer (TTT) approach, including identifying suitable trainers within an organisation, developing TTT training materials, etc.; •Experience of providing different forms of post go-live support; •Relationship building and consultancy skills (e.g. ability to extract relevant information, probing and diagnostic skills); •Excellent facilitation and communication skills; •Experience of managing client relationships; •Intermediate / advanced computer skills (e.g., MS Office, etc.); •Ability to manage and co-ordinate a team; •Ability to work independently and adapt to changes in workload, systems and processes with resilience and a positive attitude; •Ability to handle multiple, conflicting deadlines without letting the quality of work suffer; •Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and remain detail orientated. Additional desirable experience includes: •Knowledge of typical Finance, Operational and/or HR functions and processes; •Honed diplomatic skills, be excellent at networking, building working relationships with diverse and cross functional teams; •Experience developing training for one or more ERP systems e.g. Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, etc.; •Experience creating eLearning and software simulations using specialised software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, etc.; •Experience of incorporating gamification into training; •Experience of incorporating augmented reality and virtual reality into training; •Experience of using mobile apps within a training context; •Experience implementing digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe, AppLearn, etc. Your service line: Consulting Our people and the way we work are the two things that set us apart in the consulting universe.
