The variety of skills will include, but not limited to, business case development, requirements analysis and gathering (both business and technology), process design, mapping & documentation, support the design and implementation of MI to name a few.Key ResponsibilitiesWill include some or all of the below and will be expected to manage and develop deliverables that will include the following: Business Requirements Capture, create and manage business requirements and documentation of use cases Process Maps - analyse, document and develop business process maps/models to reflect current and desired future state operations to incorporate process improvements. FCC Frameworks - document new processes and procedures with SME support and input as a result of implementing Policies and Standards. Business Case - with support and direction from a Workstream Lead or the Programme Lead - support the development of business cases as required Management Information - support the development of a MI framework, understand and map the data lineage and collection processes; document the future state MI generation processesKey SkillsThe ideal candidate would demonstrate proven skills in areas such as - competent in business analysis planning; requirements life cycle management; strategy/change analysis; requirements gathering and analysis; requirements analysis and design; process documentation; supporting business change.. Required: Experience of capturing, analysing and documenting business requirements through workshops, from existing documentation, interviews with people/SMEs etc. Experience of process modelling, analysis, improvement and documentation. Experience of working in a change programme to implement a new target operating model and related organisational change. Desirable: Previous experience of working in an environment with a large amount of change Financial Crime Compliance -any prior experience of working in Financial Crime area or exposure to FC via any regulatory change projects. Personal skills: Communication Skills - Essential that the BA has a high standard in both written and verbal communication Must have good team working and stakeholder engagement skills Self starter with hands on mentality Must have good problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detailQualification SummaryUnderstanding of the legislative and regulatory environment for financial crime compliance, a qualification in this space is desirable but not a requirement. Industry recognised BA qualification preferred.This role is to help support the FCC Transformation Programme delivering across an array of possible different areas. When looking at CVs, if an individual shows strong skillset in one particular area then we would focus on these skills. We are looking for individuals who have strong skills and demonstrative experience in BA roles supporting financial crime compliance and/or operations. Required skills
