Job Description

Role: Construction ParalegalSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annumLocation: LondonContract: 12 monthsResponsibilities:

  • Organising & maintaining files
  • Assist with the construction helpline
  • Proof reading and checking internal and external documents
  • Dealing with routine client and third-party queries
  • Reporting to relevant fee earner with updates
  • Legal research
  • Assisting with the teams knowledge management
  • Other administrative tasks including scanning, bundling
    • Required experience & Skills:
  • Completed LPC or law degree
  • Previous experience within a law firm
  • Basic knowledge of commercial property (either through work experience or LPC elective)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and keep within deadlines
  • Positive attitude
  • Must be able to undertake effective and accurate legal research
