Construction Office Manager£35,000 to £40,000 per annumSouth West - LondonMy client is a professional building contractors with vast experience in contracting and property refurbishment, they work on a variety of building work for houses, studios, flats, apartments, from private homeowners, landlords, developers, builders to estateagents and property management companies in and around London and selected areas throughout the UK.This opportunity is well suited if you are looking for a varied role with plenty of scope to train and improve your skills and knowledge within interior design, lettings, construction management and property development.Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement- Ensure smooth communication between departments and teams- Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary support- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding, training, and performance evaluations- Manage office budget and expenses- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements- Handle sensitive information with confidentialityRequirements:- Proven experience as an Office Manager working in the construction industry- Procurement exp beneficial.-Rams exp beneficial. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
