Construction Manager£60,000 - £80,000 + Benefits + All Expenses Paid + Progression Opportunities Based Anywhere in UK (Nationwide Travel & Occasional Travel to Ireland)Exciting opportunity on offer for a Construction Manager looking to join a growing construction retail fit out specialist where you will take charge and oversee all of their UK projects. On offer is the chance to use your expertise within construction to help this company grow and expand in a successful, efficient and profitable way and become a key member of the team.This company are interior fit out specialists, who work predominantly within the retail and commercial sectors in the UK. They deliver a full life cycle service, including design, construction and maintenance to their clients. They have a growing order book,and a strong project pipeline for the next few years with huge growth plans for 2025 onwards, so are now looking for an ambitious Construction Manager to join the team.In this role, you can be based from anywhere in the UK, and will be required to travel nationwide to their sites, with the occasional visit to their Head Office in Limerick, Ireland. Your main responsibility will be to lead all construction projects whilstmanaging the construction team as well as liaising with the design team. You will ensure the product and sites are managed efficiently, safely and professionally. This is a senior role that oversees all construction activity in the company, so you will berequired to have a hands on approach, and travel to sites nationwide. You will be managing multiple sites at one time, reporting to the Operations Director.The ideal candidate will have strong previous experience in a Contracts, Project or Construction Management role. You will have proven experience managing multiple projects from start to finish. Ideally you will have both your CSCS and SMSTS.
