Job Description

Description:Our client is looking for Compliance Specialists that come from a consulting background or have supported large technology companies to join them. The compliance team is looking for an independent, team-oriented professional who can collaborate effectivelywith a wide variety of stakeholders and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving business environment. This role will be part of the EMEA Regional Ethics & Compliance team, with an initial focus on the 2Africa project, while also supporting other regional andglobal compliance needs.

  • Support compliance program initiatives across all EMEA markets, but with an initial and primary focus on 2Africa.
  • Assist with review of transactions requiring compliance review
  • Manage third party due diligence
  • Develop and conduct compliance training for employees and third parties
  • Monitor 2Africa for potential compliance risk implications and maintain a current understanding of relevant functional processes
  • Provide support for compliance policy, process, and tool development and identify opportunities for programmatic improvement
This will be a contract role, initially for 6 months but the project will extend. Hybrid role working 2 days a week in the office.
