The Compliance Officer will report directly to the CCO and oversee a more junior member of the team. The hire will help run all aspects of compliance for the firm, with a strong focus on their algorithmic trading business. The role will include daily interactionwith traders as they continue to grow their business and expand globally.The ideal candidate will be a Compliance professional with previous generalist experience in a buy-sid efirm. Familiarity with quant trading strategies is preferred, but not required.The firm have a fantastic reputation in the industry and this will be a key hire for the business as they continue their strong growth.
