Due to expansion a brand new opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Manager with proven MGA and Brokerage experience.The purpose of the role is to define the compliance framework for the MGA platform ensuring the companys policies are in line with regulatory standards.Key tasks include:Maintain regulatory compliance oversight of MGAs and Coverholders including their Third Party Administrators from onboarding stage and thereafter.Establish & implement Compliance Monitoring Programs and develop reporting systems.Establish areas of reporting both quarterly and half yearly, as required by the FCA.Oversee preparation of regulatory returns.Manage continuous improvement of systems and controls.Oversee Data Protection and GDPR.The successful candidate will have/be:Proven knowledge of the insurance market and regulatory frameworksBe degree educated or equivalentCompliance professional with FCA, licensing and regulation knowledge.Commercially awareExcellent communication.Rec Bus Required skills
