Job Description

Compliance Manager - Advisory for Payments/AML - London - £60-65k + benefitsRapidly growing FinTech based in the City is looking for a Compliance Advisory Manager reporting to the COO, this is an opportunity to further apply your skills and experience in a role embedded with the business in the 1st line / front line:

  • Highly autonomous role delivering professional advice to the business on regulatory compliance and AML issues that would impact a payments business
  • Compliance advice on new product development
  • Developing and delivering risk assessments for the business
  • Transaction monitoring alerts and investigation
  • EDD and CDD onboarding for clients, agents, and suppliers and performing periodic reviews
  • Developing AML and compliance procedures
  • Facilitating an effective relationship between the 1st Line Business and 2nd Line Risk & Compliance Functions
    • To apply to this role you will need strong and practical regulatory knowledge in both regulatory compliance and financial crime / AML and have experience in a front line compliance advisory role. You must have payments experience and ideally have experience of Payment Service Regulations or PSD2 / open banking. AIS (Account Information Services), PIS (Payments Information Services), PISP (Payment Initiation Service Provider), Account Information Service Provider (AISP) open banking regulatory knowledge is also useful.
