The City & Capital Group are currently representing a highly respected and growing short term property finance lender who have retained our services in advance of their launch in to the Buy To Let market. As a result they are keen to identify and appoint a confident, diligent and ambitious Compliance Manager to their growing team at an exciting time.Having operated in the property finance market for longer than many of their competitors, our client are renowned as a go to’ lender in the space and as such they are ready to capitalise on their market expertise and reputation by expanding their product proposition to meet the needs and demands of their clients.The role will take effect in advance of the launch where you will play an integral role in devising and implementing key compliance policies, processes and standards across the group. You will work closely with the senior management team to devise policies and processes that protect borrowers and the business and drive best practise’ in all cases ready for launch.Post launch you will take oversight of the performance and delivery of these principles that are integral to the lenders success. Our client are keen to build a framework that applies the key principles of fair lending not only for clients that may require regulated residential loans via their group services, but also for commercial borrowers too. This ensures that best practise and customer support is delivered.Notably this is much more of a career opportunity than just another job.
