Our client, an innovative and fast-growing technology retail business, seeks a Compliance Manager on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.Reporting to the Head of Legal, the Compliance Manager is responsible for managing the UK Partner Compliance Monitoring Programme, including monthly self-assessments, highlighting potential issues and ensuring remedial action is taken to mitigate against future issues. You will help facilitate compliance training for both field-based and head office teams as well as act as the point of contact for the UK leadership team on compliance matters.In addition, you will review no-compliant insurance transactions and identify trends, instigate investigations where necessary and ensure that appropriate action is taken.This is a broad role requiring someone with strong prior experience in internal compliance and/or risk management, with knowledge of internal controls frameworks, ideally gained within a retail environment.Due to the nature of the role, only candidates available to star work on 12th April or before need apply.Skills / experience / attributes:
