Job Description

Compliance CoordinatorA global powerhouse within the financial software industry are looking for a Compliance Consultant to join their team on a 6 month contract - The role will initially be onboarded remotely, before eventually joining the team in London.Duties

  • Support the overall compliance program with specific focus on requirements under the FCA Licence
  • Assist with the post-Brexit compliance structure & strategy
  • Manage compliance aspects of high-focus areas for the FCA such as regulatory reporting, customer complaints & notifications as per EBA guidelines
  • Provide compliance advisory to the company in relation to new regulated financial services products
  • Assist the company to ensure continued compliant growth of the International business
  • Assist the company in relation to current & future major EU regulatory initiatives such as PSD2, RTS, GDPR, EMD, SEPA & cross-border payments
    • Skills Required
  • Compliance Specialist based in the United Kingdom
  • Reporting to Head of International Compliance within LCPO
  • EU Regulatory compliance expertise within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Payment Services Directive (PSD2)
  • Previous experience within Banks, Fintech, Payments Companies or Big4 preferred
