Job Description

Highly successful, global Investment Management firm based in the City are actively recruiting an experienced Compliance Analyst with 1-2 years relevant experience from a financial/legal background. You will work closely alongside the Compliance team includingCompliance Officer and Specialist. Key duties are to provide regulatory support and advice to clients, adhering to FCA and compliance regulations.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with 15 in London and offices across Europe, Hong Kong and Singapore. Excellent training and development will be provided with opportunity for career progression as a Compliance Specialist. Hybrid role(3 days in the office).Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Monitoring, advisory and reporting
  • Onboarding new clients, identifying appropriate compliance structures
  • Seeking regulatory approvals and establishing monitoring programmes
  • Assisting with reviewing financial promotions and answering ad-hoc compliance enquiries
Ideal candidate:
  • Client facing with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated, methodical, highly organised and willing to learn.
  • Ability to take ownership of your clients, ensuring you provide accurate information regarding compliance and FCA regulations.
  • Previous experience of working in a compliance / risk environment (ideally Asset Management).
  • Knowledge of AIFMD/UCITS and experience of involvement in compliance project management e.g. MiFID II, GDPR, SMCR
  • Ideally CISI (Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment) or IFMG qualifications
  • Proficient MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
